Got my parcel today

Extremely poor customer service, bad communication methods, out of reach. Very unreliable takes their time to deliver if they do, you never know when you getting your item,

What does it mean when it says nobody there- no access

Poor service delivery was done to the wrong person and they didn't even request for proof of ID to see is it a right person.

I've been receiving packages from aramex recently, delivery was on point and adequate but now I've been waiting forever. I'm not happy at all, how can u call me once and then leave without saying anything or send an sms how would I know that it was a delivery. I've purchased my things 3 weeks ago and fokol now. I'm getting impatient, they must just return the package and give me back my money from @NIKE

The first Aramex took only 2 day to deliver my parcel from Cape Town to Durban I was so impressed. I sent another one on Thursday to MurraysBurg and it's been saying in transit to PE but MurraysBurg is in the Western Cape ! I am Soooo disappointed.

The service is awesome The price is just right and the parcels has always been on time Job well done ARAMEX!

Have had excellent, quick service from both the call centre and delivery staff. Thumbs up!
