U are the worst courier service u lied u are a overnight courier since Thursday my parcel never arrived

I send a package on Wednesday from PE and receiver got it on Friday. Thats fare. But i would like Aramex to respond to the people that have problems. I view reviews but dont see any response from Aramex.

I see my parcel hasn't moved from Gauteng ?

I'm not happy this aramex is too slow an I don't think I'll ever want to see my parcel being received by you . So I need the parcel now since it's the given estimated date . So aramex does not get to call an alert me on my parcel
