This is S**t couriering company they make you wait for days for your parcel even when written “Out for Delivery”, you can’t rely on them

Very bad.After 5 days still no parcel from Parys to Kranskop KZN.

Such bad service. No communication , I’ve had to follow up everyday to have an update and my package has still not been delivered. It’s been a crazy week

Very poor service, it's been more than 2 weeks now waiting for a parcel everytime they telling me i will receive it after 3 days. I needed the parcel for this weekend and still has not arrived.

Not user friendly and custom fees cost are high, no communication at all Buffalo was exllent

Not happy at all. I've never experienced such. My parcel was returned yesterday, apparently the delivery people could not get hold me but they didn't even try to reach me. I called Aramex three times today and I'm still waiting. I personally wouldn't recommend their service. I had two other deliveries that I expected much later than this one from other couriers and they've been delivered already. Disappointed is an understatement.
