The service is so poor still waiting for my package till today

My does not reach my destination I always have to go and pick it up half way I'm not sure if you are a door to door or what.

Good day, i sent a parcel to lagos on Monday 21st and it's still in Sandton till today and the documents will expire on Monday 28th if not used. Please help me push my documents to get to the receiver as you promised 4 days delivery. It will be 4 days tomorrow and I can only track it to Sandton in Johannesburg. Please don't disappoint me as you did to others on your comment page.

The worst courier service ever!! I'm so angry

Since the 19th of this month I haven't received my parcel??how do you guys work actually?

I'm dissapointed that Aramax does not even inform me about my parcel, it was supposed to be an overnight thing, from last Friday it is already Tuesday and nothing is said. I can't recommend ur services u might disappoint my clients.

Poor service I've been waiting for parcel since the 15th of November

I want a refund this is ridiculous my life has to stop, and I drove to Aramax 2 times now. Waisting my petrol when I paid for an express delivery. I want a refund from Wednesday I’ve been waiting for it. I want a refund I will make calls and go back there until I get it. Useless Courier ever

My parcel is stuck in Jhb

I sent the parcel on the 18 Nov even now is not tracking

I tracked my parcel which was sent from Jo'burg to my place in Matsulu, Mpumalanga province. According to the tracking number the parcel was delivered in Durban, why because Mpumalanga and KZN province are not same, only the Aramex people can explain this to me. Sadly thought can't go through their useless call centre since Saturday.

Useless service...avoid Aramex at all costs...
