I have never waited so long for a package, I've called customer support they transfer the call or literally just say thank u for calling and drop the call it is very disheartening not knowing what's happening the tracking updates are so delayed please better ur services

Your service is not good. I sent a parcel on the 29th not delivered yet. You were supposed to communicate from the time you pick up the parcel like pep they take their time nut they communicate from day one to collection.

Guys i really don't understand how u works because if we use ur service and pay over night surely what ever we send its very agent..... Now ive lost more customers because of u.... U can't deliver as u promise ?
