Delayed service....I have not recieved my parcel

Waited for the whole week even now i haven't received my parcel. Worst service ever

I haven't received my package even now, on 30/09/22 my parcel was in Durban even now it's doesn't reach destination

People be careful, this company might be a scam because I sent a package in 01/09/22 and it would take 1- 3 days in order to reach the destination but still not yet delivered. I have been doing a follow up the whole month about a parcel but they always tell me one thing that they are still investigating. How come because they collected the package in the Dropbox? The thing tires me is, I spent more than R2000 to prepare this package that they lost or stolen.

... as for making me pay for over night delivery and then delivering 3 days later?. Just fix your drivers they are not representing you well at all

I was about to give up on my parcel but Aramex Head Office personnel were will to assist and my parcel was delivered just on time, thank you Aramex continue doing great

This company is really failing me my order was due 19th of September but till this day it hasn't arrived.

You guys are not taking us serious, you are all about lies, you should try to improve on your services, a parcel cannot be in transit for more than 2 days and expect us to be happy with that, I am so disappointed?
