Terrible service period

You so bad when it comes to delivering parcels ive been waiting on my parcel from 20th september till today nothing. Mmximmmmm

Parcel sent on the 21 September still not arrived at the destination. Worse it says it's in East London whereas the parcel is going to Mthatha

I sent a parcel to someone on the 21st even today after 72hours the parcel is still in their warehouse and I haven’t received anything form of communication im really really disappointed I don’t know Aramex like this it was my last time using their service

Worst service I have ever had

I am so disappointed in Amarex service. My package was due to be delivered on 19-09-2022. I am still waiting. They don't where my package is. I wish Shein will rather use Buffalo Logistics as a courier. Never had a late or none delivery from them.

Did not receive my parcel and u have not yet called me yet and I should have gotten my parcel on the 21 and 22

It would have been terrible service if you actually received any service! No updates on delivery, late delivery and response and no answer when contacting client services.

The worst ever service I ever experienced , my parcel has been stuck in Sandton, 3 weeks there. Parcel was supposed to move from Edenvale to Pretoria, feels like it's coming from China. Will never use them again.

I'm very disappointed I was suppose to receive my parcel on the 19th or 20th September but I didn't... Poor service indeed!!!

They tell you ur parcel will be delivered to you today when you call but never arrives... I need my parcel... Poor service ??
