I am so unhappy with Aramex, worst courier service ever! My package was due for delivery on the 19/09, today is 23/09 still didn't received anything. No updates from 13/09.

Since I have been waiting for my invoice to be send so that I pay tax for my parcel to be delivered. It was suppose to be delivered on the 19 September 2022, since today and what frustrates me is the fact that I ought to search for another tracking number. How possible is it?

My order is 12 days late, I don't recommend Aremex. They lack communication and nothing have been updated regarding my parcel since the 10th of September and they keep lying whenever I call them.

What happened to overnight services, it now 30 days??

Poor service, no communication whatsoever. They lied that " customer refused package" when they did not even attempt delivery. My order has been out for two weeks but I have not received it. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
