I'm very disappointed in Aramex courier service , it's poor I have been waiting for my parcel for two weeks, until now I'm still waiting for the parcel.

Very very very poor service. I’ve been waiting for my parcel since June 2022, which have not been received still by today. On follow up been told different reasons, but told will be delivered soon. Now they say is at customs. Parcel and services were fully paid for. Very likely not to use these services again as is unreliable.

Like And disappointed , today I checked and u guys said that by 1pm that my delivery will be at my door step but till now nothing if u guys know that u won't delivery anything to me today why did u accept the delivery since Thursday am in Pretoria and u guys are in Pretoria but can't deliver my stuff . Very disappointed at your services. It's my first time using Aramex and I won't be using it again. it's very inefficient

Aramex has a poor service it's been a week now but still i haven't got my parcel.

I am so disappointed to you guys, it's almost a month waiting for my parcel and if I am tracking it, it's still in Sandton while the date of receiving it, it was last week on the 10th of august.Shein must change you now, you are no longer fast

My package is at OR Thambo International Airport South Africa under processing at operation facility with tracking no 34191348726 since 8 Aug. Still no movement. Did not receive my notice to pay tax. Very unhappy with Aramex. Shein please use Buffalo Logistics in future.

How can parcel be at jhb hub for a week? When are there going to be movement??? Wish that Buffalo import take over for SHEIN again. Never had a problem and received my orders more than 10 days earlier than expected.
