Still my parcel not registered on the system from Saturday

It's always the same case with aramex you must firstly beg for your customs invoice then beg again for your package to be delivered...I don't know why Shein insist on working with aramex honestly there's always delays that you need to keep up with.. they will never update or anything...you just need to call constantly ???

I have never been this dissatisfied with a courier service, the app tracking information does not show me real-time location of where my products are and the service is just slow as hell. Can I just please get my products so that I can stop using this service?

Poor service,my parcel was picked up Monday 2 August for delivery to Stilfontein,North West Province.My Parcel is in Cape Town after a week since it was picked up .Why the hell Cape Town.Will never use Aramex again.

The service is beyond poor, you telling as from the 29 July 2022, the parcel to Aliwal North has not arrive.

I haven’t received my parcel till to date it’s been almost 2 weeks since I’ve orders Nightmare Poor Service No Consideration here ??‍♂️??

What a dissapointed. I thought this was an overnight delivery. Now the parcel has been enroute for more than a week..

Poor service, no constant updates, my parcel location was last updated on the 2nd August today is the 5th

U are full of nonsense... I called several times even today I haven't received my parcel since last week Saturday

Never again we waited 4 weeks for our parcel. What a nightmare. What is the point of us writing our phone numbers on the firm if they do not contact you as rhe sender when they can't get hold8 of the recipient. Service is appalling.
