Horible service, they promised delivery but rather stole R3000 from me, I do'nt recommend this to anyone

Aramex service is terrible sent a parcel on the 26/07/2022 todate not yet delivered, sometimes it's even not trackable on their website. For me it's zero out of five

I'm so disappointed with Aramex from East London. My son sent a parcel on the 26 July 2022 suppose to arrive to me in Pietermaritzburg on 29 July 2022, but they sent me message saying they delivered the parcel but the customer not available. Which was not true. Even today they sent the same message but not yet received the parcel. What is going on with you guys I need my parcel ASAP please.

How can a parcel be sent on the 06th of June and hasn't been delivered?

Your service is extremely poor I sent the parcel on the 23rd and the parcel arrived on the 4th of July I paid for 3day service I regret taking my last money because I wanted the parcel to be delivered early as possible.

Poor service, since i sent parcel on the 26th July till today 1st of August my client hasn't received her parcel.. Your service it's poor and disgusting i must say.. Try to change
