Jo... I just don't understand how can a parcel arrive in Johannesburg, and then be taken to Free State in a few days and then back to JHB whereas i'm in Free State ?.. I even received the order I had placed days after this one..? Poor service really! You guys needs to up your game.. By yhe way, i'm still waiting!

Very bad experience will never use Aramex again never. They are not reliable and can not be trusted with delivering in time.

Very poor service ,I am very disappointed with their service , they are so unreliable you cannot trust them, even when you call you hold for an hour till your airtime get exhausted without any help. I will never use Aramex again never.

I'm very disappointed with Aramex, it's the 4th day now since I left my parcel at picknpay. It seems they haven't picked it up, because when I track it there are no records/information. I would not recommend Aramex shame.

I would never recommend aramex as I have been waiting since April for my delivery. And when you try to call them, the call ends straight away

It's been 6 days I've been waiting for my parcel and when I called yesterday the lady said the parcel was on it's way to me and am only 3 hours away until today am still waiting. It was my 1st and last time am using your services

I'm still waiting for my delivery but the tracking according to aramex says I received my order. Highly disappointed!!!

How can a parcel be lost in 2 hours. And the person at the bloemfontein branch just say bring proof. They have all the proof on their system but they won't show you. Took me three months to retrieve documents that was lost in 2 hours by Aramex.

Everytime i order a parcel from Nelspruit it gets send back to the vaal triange it takes nearly 2 weeks before i get my parcels.Very bad service
