Very good service

Good day, This is to make you aware as it could be an app problem....I find that the app is not helpful now. There have been no updates since I dropped the parcel on Tuesday, now Thursday. According to the app it is still at the local address. A bit unnerving as one is always concerned about the parcels one entrusts to courier services. I have used Aramex pretty regularly over the years

Have been waiting for package that has been held at custom on the 27 March and it 17 April

Been waiting for my parcel since last Friday i am super annoyed

Got my clothes in less than 72h after paying the delivery fee, it was kinda expensive though

Very bad service indeed and they are expensive

This is my first time sending something with Aramex and I must say I really regret it...the worst courier company ever...it's been almost 2 weeks ,and every time I inquires about it,they give me a new date to when it will be delivered.

Very exspensive and it takes forever to get your package

Very bad service. Have no response from the company in regards to parcel. When you the courier company they answer the phone but goes off. What a battle

How long does it take Aramex to deliver the customer's parcel. It's almost a month now, the parcel is untraceable and they don't answer their calls

This is the second week still haven't received my parcel. They it take 2 days but it seems its gonna be a month. The worst thing is that am leaving on Sunday, am really not satisfied at all and will never us thing company. They are very slow like a tortoise.
