Worst courier company ever, poorest service they take forever to deliver your staff. I give them a score of 1/7. Aramex fix your services they are unsatisfactory.

They tell you delivery date is 11/04/2024 then you make arrangements for that date. They then decide to send it out 2 days before the time without letting you know it is on route and you receive a mail contact not available. Maybe communicate better with your customers. The delivery shows Pietermaritzburg, yet I am in Newcastle

I have been using Aramex for 2 years. It's the first time that my parcel has taken more than 4 days to reach it's destination. What has changed Aramex?

Worst service ever..

Not a 24 or even 48 hour service. I think they must have employed all the old post office employees. Do not recommend.

It's almost a month without my parcel now and Saturday I'm relocating so I guess I won't get my parcel... This is the most incomplete logistic provider... Such nonsense.

After 3 weeks of waiting to receive a call saying the driver has been hijacked and nothing can be done, like really who are this people.....

Aramex has the worst services it takes time to deliver you'll never use it as an emergency courier service

Aramex is a useless company. Parcel show out for delivery for the last 3 days. No delivery yet. Totally impossible to contact a human to find out when it will be delivered. Will not recommend Aramex at all.
