I won't lie , I never thought thr was a company that oppresses thr own customers like its not like you're doing it for free we pay you for your service , but instead you guys crash our dreams , delay our process to succeed in business , I just pray that God watches over companies like you guys , I have been waiting for weeks by the time it gets to me people won't have money , I regret using Aramex and will make sure that I tell everyone never to use your services bcoz instead of fighting hunger and struggle with the entire world , you guys do the complete opposite , we risk it with our last cents hopping to make profit as quickly as we can because we don't have jobs but thanks to companies like you for making standing on your own so difficult ?I really don't understand why don't you guys just call me directly instead of delaying my things because you have all my details but yet a parcel that arrived in Durban on the 10th of may , till this day has not reached me, I am so heart broken and disappointed and I actually feel bad for whoever started can you imagine your new being associated with a company that gives the worst company like Aramex , he/ she should look into the employees and improve business otherwise we will keep spreading the word of how bad your services are.

The best courier service. From East London to Cape Town, my son always get his parcel on time. Well done to the Aramax staff between the two cities ?? Keep up the good work ????

My parcel showed to be in Rusternbug since 28:04:22. I stay in Pretoria. I called Aramex, they didn't pick until the the 9th of May. They told Me that My parcel in involved in hijacking. That time I paid over R900. I got no Refund. They said they do not refund. I am here to encourage all of you to Boycott Aramex courier company. They're cold hearted individuals who loot our Orders, Claim to have been hijacked and refuse to refund Us. I am saying it boldly that, that R900 was the last money to receive from Me. This company is even expensive than others for absolutely Ka!!!... Boycott Aramex! Boycott Aramex!! Boycott Aramex!!!...

Every time I call they be like your parcel is out for delivery since may 11 until now and I was planning to wear my dress tomorrow now I have to purchase another one

Aramex Bloemfontein service is terrible, from receptionist to manager. Deliveries are firstly done in white suburbs. You get annoyed receptionist that would tell you, your parcel is with the driver and will be delivered before 5pm, and parcel will not be delivered. I complained 3 times but the behavior is still the same.

Always used Aramex because on the quick service delivery.Today though I'm disappointed because I sent a parcel to my mom's in JHb on Friday and today's Sunday and it's still still sitting in Sandton since Friday evening,why advertise you guys operate on weekends when you clearly don't. Im really sad because my mom's really needed the parcel by today.?

Bad service I must say, I sent a parcel Tuesday, 10 May and it only reached their depot in Cape Town today, I mean it's not even 300 K's from Swellendam to Cape Town but it took so many days to reach their offices, it has not even reached the person it was sent to, such poor customer service...

Your service is very very from Monday I'm waiting for my parcel even today it hasn't arrived and this really irritated Me ,I don't see myself using aremax
