My package from shein has been in your center since the 26th of April till today I haven't received it ?

Your service is very bad I've send a parcel last week on 3/05/22 till today not reach the receiver. I send you an email and you lied saying you will deliver on Wednesday this week I am so disappointed.

Wow what a nightmare ?

Delivery did not happen as promised yesterday and still not delivered this morning. It is medicine that needs to be escalated but your company is very apathetic and not taking the urgency into consideration. I need an eta urgently I have a lung disease and struggling to breathe

Aramex is absolutely useless. A parcel was handed in for delivery on 23 March. Now by 10th of May, I am still waiting for the parcel. Just shocking service. I don't rate it at all.

My package from Shein has been at ur center since the 6th and today the 11th still not delivered. Previous packages from Shein was via Buffalo logistics and delivered with 48hrs from paying the customs fee. Worst service ever from Aramex.

Their overnight delivery service takes between 3 to 5 working days.....it's a joke! Why offer a service that you can't carry out.
