I've been waiting for my order from aramex. Their customs are so high like its so frustrating. I wish my order went through Buffalo instead

Canceled plans cause i was told my order is on the way but nothing has arrived.

Y do you say the parcel was delivered at 10 this morning but I still did not get my parcel where is my parcel

It shows delivered but I never got my parcel y does it say delivered yor

Worst courier service in the world.

Still waiting my SHEIN parcel, nothing so far and the tracking option hasn’t updated since 30th April. Why please I need those items before Friday

Tjoo I haven't recieved my parcel it's been two weeks now..full two weeks. Why don't you leave and the other couriers continue.

Been waiting for my parcel since 21st of April, I wonder why Shein should look at this... Buffalo services is way better than this, they delivered within 2weeks

Bad service Waiting for my parcel since 28 April Didn't receive it yet

Shipment came in late, got a call saying they were on their way, waited the whole day and nothing was delivered

It's been two weeks and my order is in transit poor service from aramex yho

I am giving them one star because at least we have people who are employed there and are able to feed their families. My business depends on couriering and if this part fails, my whole credibility as a business suffers. Aramex has messed with that not once, not twice, FOUR times consecutively with four different clients in a space of a month. The one client received her parcel three weeks later, simply because we took to bugging Aramex with endless phone calls daily. The other client is still waiting for his parcel, it shows it is still in transit, well into the fourth week. As long as Aramex is paid, they don't care about how your their incompetence affects your business. I am done with this company

I really don’t understand SHEIN keeps using Aramex, the worst courier service, Buffulo Logistics is quick and extremely efficient when my shipment is managed by Buffulo Inget it in leas than 2 weeks. Aramex on the other hand can take up to a month and then I get updates that my shipment has been returned to sender njani?

Very bad. Send for my granddaughter for her birthday 6 May 2022. And it was not delivered on time for birthday.
