I can't track my parcel...what is wrong with you guys now ,you are not loyal anymore

What a bad service, its now two weeks waiting for my parcel. I'll never use this company ever, I won't even recommend anyone to use it. You better close or leave business, what a disgrace ???

We pay ridiculous amounts of customs and get poor service, there’s no update on my parcel for the whole week, I’ve been patiently waiting for 3 weeks now while it arrived here in SA 2 weeks back,

Stinking service you need to improve really

Your services stink,why do you say the parcel was delivered in your status? Whereas mydaughter never received anything after many attempts of tracking

I ordered from Shein on the 10th of April, up until today o4/05/2022 I haven't received my order and your status update on the tracking is not giving directions of my parcels whereabouts. I think it was way better with Baffalo shipping

It shows that my parcel has been delivered but I haven't received it, not even a call from the delivery team
