Parcel have been in transit since the 27th April. Bad service

Arrived before estimated time…I’m very pleased with the service

I don't know what happened to 2-3 days of receiving our parcels....they now take a week...I had such a bad experience with Aramex company...I called so many times for my parcel but there was no response until I asked people to write to them on twitter...it's a struggle to get your parcel with Aramex..

But where is my parcel why you take too long what is going on I want my parcel from shein

You people your service is so poor I paid on the 23rd last month but till now have not received my parcel what is going on and your not telling me anything. I need my parcel

On my shein app my parcel departed sandton on 30 04 22 by when i'm tracking my parcel on aramex app my parcel is on it's way to aramex on 28.04 22 . Where is my parcel?
