Very poor service, l sent parcel last year December, I kept on checking online if my parcel is or not, they always says my parcel is in transit once it is ready for collection they will contact the that supposed to collect, yesterday 28 April 2022 I sent them email enquiring about my parcel, to my surprise they responded that it is in their destroying bay

I paid customs on the 26/04/22 where is my parcel?

A second time bad service experience. I blame the company I ordered from..I warned them not to use Aramex but they proceeded. Now my car parts no where to be found.

Over charges while having poor services

Their services are disgusting ?, no communication no nothing, when you call they lie and ask you to wait the nearest police station WTF ….? These guys are so disrespectful yeeeeerrrrr!

My parcel has been on processing since 07:46 yesterday till now and you can't get hold of them on phone

I hate it its the worst, wish shein could cut ties with them
