Aramex reviews

I order items from Shein but evertime when Shein Is using Aramex I receive my parcel later than expected. Right now they been sending me sms with an email address to respond to with my ID No saying that they need for my clearance. I've sent an email to the email address Aramex provided me with but my email is blocked . I've never experienced any problems with Buffalo Courier. Aramex has a terrible service.

Still waiting for my parcel since 21 its 8 days now

Worst service ever!!!!been waiting for my parcel for over 8days now.@ToysR Us please don't send our parcels with Aramex it takes forever to get them and I am now thinking of cancelling my order but obviously it has already gone out to Aramex.Please try another company.I needed to use my order on Monday already but still sitting here twiddling my thumbs my baby is due any moment from now and don't have my order☹️☹️☹️☹️

Their customs and duty fees are ridiculous

If I could give a no star I would. Say they have tried to make contact but no email to 2 email addresses proveded and no call to the cell number. Security know the recipient well so woukd of called her if they had bothered to ask.....if they even trued to deliver. A week later and have still heard nothing

I've been waiting for my parcel to be delivered since 13 April, when I track it it's saying is in transit since the 13 April. This service is really bad I would never recommend it to anyone
