I've never been disappointed by Aramex by far. I'm happy with their services

Very bad service I've been expecting my package since Friday it's Tuesday today the 26 April still nothing. No response from the call center. I definitely will never recommend their service to anyone.

So disappointed and I should've just used PEP instead

Very bad service courier for 3 to 5 days taking over 7 days I would never or advice someone to use this courier

Such a very bad service....I have been waiting for my parcel since two weeks back until now...

Most pathetic service ever. Can it really take 4 days to deliver an overnight parcel? My parcel is sitting in Jhb for 2 days with zero updated led alone it being delivered????

Stellenbosch isn't far from Paarl, my order left already at 07h30 this morning and still not yet received. Furthermore, these courier guys doesn't phone you to tell you they're standing in front of your yard or business premises, they don't even know if they give the parcel to the correct person. I had to get mine from my neighbors the last time without them even asking for identification

Pleased with on the dot updates on status of delivery.

Parcel was on route at 7.30 am and has not arrived yet (19.30)

My package was send on the 7th and collected on the 8th of this month.... But still not delivered. Your service is terrible and it will be the last time that I will make use of it.
