This is the worst courier ever see. My parcel departed at 09:57 this morning from Randburg to Tembisa even now at 19:00 still waiting.

Nonsense very poor service

Why make me stay home all day by sending me an SMS in da morning saying u coming n when I cal u keep bouncing me around then tell me u will call back. If u nt coming sat day den dnt send a SMS. I'm disappointed n will not b using dc service again. I'm still waiting 2 b called back n my parcel still not here.

I've been trying to get hold of Aramex on the contact number provided for the past 4 days because I'd like to give them a specific time to deliver.

Sooooo disappoint in aramex my parcel has been with them since 23 March and the next thing when I track its saying back to shipper. How? I haven't received any call from them maybe they are getting lost or something ?????

I'm so disappointed, I ordered 2 dresses for 2 events since 6 April and until today I haven't got my parcel and now I have attended all the 2 events without the dresses, I will never use this service again!

Nothing updated. Parcel posted in East London on 12 April does not yet show as having left East London after a whole week. Today:19 April. Previously a parcel from East London arrived at the destination in Durban early the next morning. Tracking totally ineffective. Not updated.

I don't think I'll ever use this again I'm so disappointed I've been waiting for my parcel since last week even today I haven't received my parcel
