Aramex reviews

I posted a parcel in East London on 12 April, in good time for Easter. It was only collected on 13 April and there is no information of it actually l leaving East London, although it is now 16 April. Not satisfactory. You are chasing your regular customers to other services.

My parcel DBW47149240062 was sent from Johannesburg on 08.04.2022 to Stellenbosch. The date today is 15.04.2022 and I still haven't received my parcel.

My parcel was sent on the 12 it's the 15 today and it's still in Sandton

There's a driver goes by the name, SMALL. he's service is very bad. Lazy to drop off parcels.

I'm not happy with your aramex, 1 they long to deliver parcel. 2 their drivers are not reliable

I will never use Aramex again. I sent the parcel on the 5th April and even today the 13th April the receiver didn’t receive it

Very poor communication. Can't call anyone? Says overtime but it's 2 days gone. Never use Aramex again!!!

It's impossible to give Aramex Polokwane a zero rating, they deserve it. Their agents take DAYS to deliver a parcel they picked up at the distribution center, it's as if they are doing me a favour, always have excuses...NEVER AGAIN

I recommend the courier guy, Aramex is very slow interms of tracking parcel and turn around time delivery
