Why is the tracking number not working, does this mean the parcel is not collected?

Poor service!!!...it's my first time using it and I really don't like the poor updated and the whole service is just slow

Aramex system says my parcel is delivered but I have not received it and no one has received anything at my workplace

Aramex nolonger gives the best customer service. I have been awaiting for my parcel since Thursday and still haven't received it. They nolonger deliver at the time that they've promised to. Tracking the parcel is also useless as it doesn't even move. They don't update their tracking system.

Service definately depreciating... Just don't deliver on time anymore

Not helpful t all, tracking not updated regularly and when email enquiry sent, no reply. I do not know why Shein changed couriers

My parcel was send from Capetown early Tuesday and a overnight fee was paid. I have received the package late Friday afternoon. Usually when I send a parcel to cpt it reaches cape Town within 18hrs. Not acceptable. Sorry!

Poorest service ever.. Percel has not yet been delivered after 10days. Lied upon follow up saying "there was no one are home". Im sure PEP and other competitors could have done much better.. waited more than R150 calling them to track my parcel.. Worse service with negative impact on my bussiness

21 hours ago my package was in Centurion. It was delivered in Oudtshoorn minutes ago. Just WOW!
