Very bad service and they just don't seem to care whether you get a parcel or not

Soo disappointed I had to drive for 20 minutes to go collect my parcel..They kept on saying they will deliver I waited and waited.till I decide to drive to them.

I'm so disappointed in Aramex. I trusted Aramex mire than any other courier but not at all. My parcel was submitted Sunday the 3rd but they kept it aside not putting in the system. I had to send the sender to go back and ask, only then they registered it in the system. Up to now I haven't received it. Hayi I'm so annoyed with their service. It's poor

It took 4days to deliver a parcel from Fourways to Kempton Park ?

I was trusting Aramex for So many years, it has dignity bit now their service is very poor. We pay 120 for nothing. I don't think I will use it anymore

Aramex use to be the best now it is lack no sense of communication whatsoever the payment strategy it will go through on on your side then they come and tell you you did not pay deliver the same parcel their customer care stuff you did not pay for aghh man

Terrible service. Will not be using aramex again still awaiting a package from dbn posted last month till date...

If I could rate a zero star I would. Worse courier company ever. My parcel was sent from Johannesburg on the 16t March to Pretoria. It's now the 5th of April and I still received no parcel. Every day when I phone they update the delivery address according to them. I've not once managed t get hold of any manager. I feel I should lay a charge of theft against them as I payd for my package ad have still not relieved it. It really was an urgent parcel and trusted to use them as it's suppose to be a overnight service. Wil never ever recommend them. Worst experience

Edinah Aramex give poor service. I dropped a parcel on the 2nd April. Its the 5th now. No delivery. It can even take a month. It happened last yeay July. Pity Aramex is the only and nearer to use. Their call centre is non funtional at all. They can never track nor give you the senior person to assist. Aramex is a promising car with no performance. So you were lucky to have your parcel delivered on time.

Lets just take a moment We have send a parcel to aramex couriers on monday the 28th of march its been 6 days for them to deliver and it is still jot deliverd to us you phone their call center no one mever answers and if they do it takes 2 hours for the phone to rang .. Then when you eventually get through to them they cant tell you where the parcel are .. There drivers will just cancel the delivery and reschedule for the next working day .. Their services are poor .. They call center people are rude have no respect and don't even know what is happening in their company .. You can't work like that

Beeeeeen waiting for my parcel ?? been in transit since the 31st of March. Y'all need to do something about this. There's never good news about Aramex honestly

Deeply disappointed. Contacted operations in PE. Was promised to ask driver to go back to delivery destination. This was a few minutes after on line was updated that the contact omis unavailable. We still awaits the delivery. Thos was for a birthday. So disappointed dbw47149365616
