Aramex reviews

Yhooo , very poor , I've ordered on the 11 March 2022 till now I did receive anything, its 03 April now

I have sent a parcel on the 17/032022 and the recipient haven't received the parcel. According to Aramex tracking it is in East London for more than 5 days now

It was my first time using aramex and I must say their service is very poor and their shipment process is very slow. Still waiting for my parcel ever since the 29th March.

Aramex used to be better but it is worse now..very slow shipping...you should learn from Courier guy

Please reply my review, I made a mistake while writing the numbers of shippmemt I got a message that they can’t find me because of that please kindly check for an order that is supposed to go at grasmere

I received a parcel within 48 hours and the one I sent from Jhb to PE arrived in less than 24 hours. I am happy with the service and tracking options

Poor service... The parcel is not far from where I am but it's over a week... They keep on rescheduling

Bad service and it's very slow ?

Sometimes it takes a day for parcell to arrive, lately its been 3 to 4 days. Service quality seems to be declining as time passes

service is bad , apparently my order was delivered few days ago so i was not home an they returned it now i'm trying to contact them an nothing seems working

Overnight delivery slow,call centre not functioning,final destination arrived at 7 hours ago but no delivery.

Very bad service. No form of any communication when the parcel will be delivered. I can’t even track my parcel on your website using my order number, it keeps on saying order number invalid. Buffalo is way better than you.

What a poor service I recieved? been waiting for my parcel since the 23rd up until today. This is not fair I don't even get an update am not happy at all..

I was waiting for my deliver from Tuesday they keep sending sms's that my parcel is out for delivery and on Thursday morning a guy called and says he was at the gate Tuesday but never call . How can you wait at the gate ?how will I know that delivery guys are the gate without a call. Very bad service ever.
