I sent my parcel on 18/03/2022. Today it's 31/03/2022, yet it's not arrived at its destination. No explanation, nothing! Usually, your services are good, but this time around, I'm very disappointed.

There should be an option of zero star here

Bad service all round!!!

The worst courier service I've used, waiting for documentation and every time i call they say it's out on delivery, delivery that never gets to me!! These were urgent and i will have to go to the depot and check for them myself. So unprofessional, I'm really not pleased. A 24ht promised delivery but i am going on 96 hours now. I'd have rather sent my documents on a bus I'm sure they would have arrived by now.

Shein is perfect.Poor service in SA you have to wait 2 weeks without update.

Absolutely pathetic service,seriously will never use aramex again,waiting for parcel from durban coming to Richard's bay,4 days later still nothing until I contacted you guys and then get told the truck was hijacked on route to Richard's bay seriously will be telling everyone not to use aramex.

Pathetic Service Delivery

My parcel is 20min away but it can't be delivered... For 3days it's been rescheduled

Have been waiting for my parcel from the 17th to date updates are until 23rd. When I call your call Centre I kept on holding for more than 10 min with no response. This is a matter of agency

I’ve been waiting for my parcel since last week. Every time I call in told it will be delivered today. Worse part they don’t want me to go collect it myself. First parcel the lost it, from last year December up to date they can’t locate my parcel instead I’m told they’ll only refund me R100 I used to send the parcel. WORST WORST WOSG

Terrible service ,the customer service agents promise you heaven and earth when it comes to delivery of your parcel I missed my graduation because I didn't have a suit to wear so much for overnight service almost a week later I'm still waiting for parcel to arrive .
