The service is extremely poor, don't even deserve a star. My package was to be delivered between 17th-20th. I am still waiting even today. The customer care line just rings no one is picking up my calls.

Why do they need telephone numbers if they don't call the parties concerned if there is a problem with the parcel? Parcel submitted in East London on 14 December 2021 and it is still there according to their tracking information. It used to be the best courier but now even the Post Office will beat them. Poor show. I don't know how you can sleep at night if you know you get paid to do a job and then you don't. That is stealing!

Waiting almost 2 weeks for a parcel that is in JHB for more than a week now

Worst delivery service ever. Do not recommend them at all. Been sitting with my parcel for weeks now even though I paid customs 3 weeks ago.

Poor poor service could not enjoy my holiday my goods weren't delivered. Delivery was scheduled for the 18th, today its the 28th. I'm really not happy.
