We lost our traking nr. So We phone you guys to help we explain to the lady what happened we gave her the receiver name and sell nr. And she just put the phone down. Now what happens to the pasel

Service with aramex is terrible. Package that supposed to get to me since last week is still not here. No reasonable explanation as to what and why that happened. They don't even pick up their when you call them. I am very disappointed

My order took long to arrive and you guys lied that you couldn't reach me but I was waiting for you the whole time.

My parcel has been in Sandton since 7 Dec 2021, processing! Aramex should be ashamed of themselves, they don'tcare about their customers, but quicker to want payment. The parcel got to South Africa much quicker from overseas. Still no parcel today, 29 Dec. No star from me.

Parcel is more than 10 days late.

Useless service, agents are not helpful at all.

Aramex is been keeping my parcel at the airport since from the 12 of December. This ruined my holiday because I was planning to use those things in durban.

Parcel delivered on 21/12/2021. Parcel still did not reach destination

Very very poor service. EVERYTIME!! STILL waiting on a package. It takes longer to courier within SA than from overseas... the previous time I sent a package it ended up in Johannesburg instead of George. The latest package I could not vhoose a courier, but will never recommend using Aramex as courier.

Aramex by far is the worst courier company!! Parcel supposed to be delivered latest the 22nd of December today is the 28th!! ?? No communication, call Center's never answer the call, tracking of parcel is wack ,says one and the same thing for the days!!!! Nxa

I am also fed up with Aramex, a parcel was posted on 17 December 2021 till today I haven't receive my parcel. Paid R99 for over night courrier could have used Paxi. Very bad service honestly, today 28 December called the office, the parcel is still lying on their floor in PE

I think we all need to report Aramex on Hello Peter and to the Ombudsman for zero response to our enquiries w.r.t our parcels not delivered on time ? Disgusting service delivery!!!!
