The most unreliable courier I ever met, twice my parcel was more than a month in their possession and nothing was done not even customer service could do something, very bad

Aramex bad bad service ever, send my parcel on 20 December 2021 even now it says processing,

Aramex is a bad service that can't deliver clothing i bought my clothes from shein last month on the 23rd of November and they said they would deliver them on 16th or 18th but still they hv not delivered anything I had no Christmas clothes to wear because of them

If there was an option I'd give them zero stars. Parcel left Uitenhage on the 14th of December for use for the 18th, traveling to uMthatha. It never got there till today. Today is the 28th. Rotten to the core kind of service. Will never recommend or use ever again

The service is really poor I was expecting my package the 18-21st but only got payment notification from this shipping company on the 21st and up until now I am still waiting and I needed it for Christmas it's almost a month since I've placed my order it's extremely disappointing to be still waiting.

Service is pathetic no one gets back to u I get an sms parcel will be delivered it never come I waited whole day and wen I tracked my order the notes said I'm not available which was a lie. I logged a complaint via email they asked for my tracking number 3 days later no one came back to me yet

After 6 days parcel still not delivered in Cape town. From Pretoria. Angry!!!!
