I am so pissed it's been a month waiting for my order and today when I tried to track it it says tracking not found??how?how?how is it even possible?how will I get my order

Parcel sent on 22nd December still not delivered 25th December. App updated till 23rd on tracking. Not impressed. Where is the parcel????

Aramex is the worst courier company in the entire universe, it has a very poor and care less about its clients. I waited for my parcel that was sent last week, up to today I have not received it. It's even worse it's my child's Christmas clothes. You just don't know how to serve your clients, You are terrible.

You deserve no stars from me. I suppose to get my parcel on the 13th of this month but still its at Johannesburg still inspecting it. Aramex is the worse service ever. When im trying to call none of you are picking up the phone you're so cruel. The company got our customs fee now they don't care about our parcel. Shein must Choose The Courier Guy and other Courier Services.

What a poor service. Aramex is driving me nuts, it's been weeks and i haven't received my parcel it's stucked at Johannesburg for what reason i don't. Instead they've been sending me emails to me patient, how will i be patient while its Christmas tomorrow and i haven't received my parcel yet. What a poor service.

You guys are just a bunch of idiots, you dont answer calls …my kids are spending Christmas without what I ordered for them since 23 November you have kept my package what for???? Poor service is what you give, close the company if you guys are tired.I want my order !!!!!
