Trying to phone to find out about parcel DBP46759283432 and phone just gets put down sent on Tuesday and now Friday still not delivered why

Been two days without any updates. Nobody can trace my package. Pathetic service.

My shipment was supposed to arrive a week before Christmas and now it's Christmas eve and its not here. Its been sitting in the same place for 10 days according to the tracking details. Ridiculous.

Lately aramex is just a dissapointment i losing my second parcel worth 2k.. I sent parcel monday today is delivered to a wrong place and no help

Lost my parcel and no one seems to know where it is.

Poor service at all times

I give u no star...you have a very poor service and your call urgents are not co-operating with customers...I've been holding on call for 12 minutes with no assistance..poor service very poor!

Bas service been waiting for my parcel that was posted on Saturday 18 Dec and trying to call Aramex the phone is not being attended to

Way tooo long to deliver. Delivery status the same for 3 days

The worst service ever, after they take your money they do not care about delivering, you have to call them and they don’t answer when they answer they do not help. Never attempt to use these guys

Am still waiting for the Delivery since Monday. Am very disappointed

I status is in transit since 20- today is 24 still nothing AM pissed

What a bad service. I waited for my parcel the whole day yesterday. Everytime I tracked a parcel it was saying on transit will be delivered 23.12.2021 @ 04:49 till this morning I have not recieved the parcel.

Im extremely happy with aramex delivery. Would gladly recommend to everyone.
