Its almost 3 weeks i haven't received my package its sitting theee in sandton busy telling me about customs weres i have paid them... Bad bad service i dnt knw why shein is using this

I am still waiting for my order it's says in Johannesburg transit since Thursday n today it's Tuesday you were suppose to deliver between the 17-20 December but you failed to do so your so useless and you don't take our complains seriously

Poor service, was supposed to get my packages on the 12th and it's the 21 and they don't answer their call center

NO customer service! NO updates on my parcel! NO contact from anywhere! Conflicting info from the office! NO updates on the website!

I have been waiting for my parcel that was suppose to arrive around the 17 there has been no update on the tracking system there is no reply on the phone, your service is poor you don't value your customers at all

I'm not happy with your service honestly this is the last time I'm using your services

THE SERVICE IS BAD My order is expected 18-21 Dec still no communication from the courier or notification of delivery

This service is extremely poor my parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 10th of December it's now the 21st of December it's still stuck in jhb for the longest time I'm very angry

This company is a fraud and fake. They keep loosing packages and take their time to look for them. I sent a parcel on the 26th November 2021 and no one is even doing anything about it. Worst of all, I use my airtime to call and I've been put on hold for six minutes while they sit in the offices and practice their working rights.

Your service is shocking terrable my parcel arrived the 15th and I'm still waiting what pisses me off the most your lines no answer no one even bother to reply on emails your service is terrible shocking.

Absolute rubbish service. My parcel that was shipped on 2 December 2021 for overnight delivery has still not been delivered. The tracking system is of no use! Aramax never answer their phones, do not respond to complaints or customer service requests.
