You people don't pick calls,my parcel was in Polokwane,now back to Sandton..other counties communicate with us,they call us,they meet us half way..but your services is so poor,use your GPS to find ,you people are lazy,disappointing,you deserve zero star

Their tracking its simple and can't take long to recieve ur parcel

I was suppose to receive my parcel on de 15 now its 21 December.

Parcel dropped on the 15th and is not yet received

Still waiting for my package and on the tracker they’ve been saying the same thing since the 16th. And they don’t answer the phone. Never again

your service is pathetic hence I'm still waiting for my parcel,it was supposed to be delivered on Friday the 17 still nothing,how is it possible that it can still show Sandton from the 14

I use aramex a lot to send my orders to customers. But your service is terrible. It takes you 2 days to pick up a parcel from a pick up point and then another 2 days to process. I'm looking at using other courier companies who may charge a little but my package gets delivered after 2 days. My last package got delivered after 2 weeks.

Poor services,you people don't even call,you don't want to deliver to village so what is the use of calling your self courier,you can't even meet up at the nearest town,you don't deserve a star

I'm not happy with the service i get from townships, whenever I send a parcel in town in 2-3 days it's delivered but when i send from township it take 6-10 days that's not on I can't always travel to town to send parcels so they can arrive in time

Service is terrible phoned three days on end, they told me today my delivery is out it's 17.34pm and still waiting.
