Horrible horrible… way past delivery date and no notification no nothing

You take too long to deliver parcels and nobody answers calls... You should learn a thing or 2 from The courier guy

I was supposed to get my parcel on de 15 December. N today is 21 am very disappointed with you Aramex your services is very poor

I have been waiting for more than a month for a 2wks package

Today it's the 20th parcel was supposed to arrive on Saturday latest. No communication from Aramex clothes have been in the sorting facility from the 8th of December

The worst service ever!!!!. Even a one star is accurate. 3 to 5 working days ? Try 3 to 5 working weeks to get a item delivered 100km from their depo!

Poor service they always about the address which they have it, I'm not happy at all I won't even recommend it to someone.

No answer when you call the call center. Tried the useless mobile app. My parcel was supposed to be delivered by 18 December 2021.

The worst courier service ever,paid my customs and they still haven’t delivered 2 weeks later???can’t even reach the company

Was on hold twice for over 45 min to speak to customer services. Tracking website has been updated on Sat 21:50 last it is now Monday 9:45. Im going on holiday tomorrow cannot see if I will receive my parcell

Can someone please tell me where this parcel is 34016834795 as there is no information on your so called tracking system and parcel is all Christmas items... Cannot get hold of anyone in your company this is very disappointing as your service is very unprofessional.

No response from your Durban o office . My order is stuck at your Chicago depot for over 4 weeks. What shoddy service.
