Your service is very bad

I paid express shipping (5 to 6 work days). It is going for week 4 now.

Worst service ever. Was expecting to receive my parcel on the 18th of December but dololo. I will not be surprised even if you deliver after Christmas, so annoyed

Cannot get hold of any agent and delivery guy rude while explaining where the delivery adress is.

Buffalo is the best, Aramex is the worst the parcel takes forever.

I'm so disappointed in your services. I was expecting my parcel last week and you are not picking calls.

I was supposed to receive my parcel on the 15th of December it's still stuck in Sandton please help 5 days later i haven't received it???

My Amazon order has been at your Chicago warehouse from 11/11/22. This is not acceptable. Your service is deplorable. DHL is more reliable. Looks like the item went missing or stolen.

There is no tracking information on e-mail or SMS. What’s the point to register for notifications if one does not get any. Also on the website tracking information is not updated. Come on Aramex surely you can do better than this?

Your service is very poor how can an overnight parcel goes for 14 days

My parcel has been in transit then sitting in pta for over a week!! I tried to track it and was told it had no delivery address on it! The seller contacted them, it did have a delivery add!!!it has only left Pta for nelspruit today??!! Nearly 10 days! I told the seller that in future please rather send to me via Postnet. Very unhappy with Aramex, useless!!!!!

This is ridiculous, my parcel was suppose to be delivered between 14 and the 18 December and it's still sitting in joburg for the past 6 days ,I wonder by when will I actually receive it
