I am so dissapointed in you guys thought ure still doing one day delivery services now its been four days and i am still waiting for my parcel.

Yhoo! I'v never seen such poor service, really you need to device other strategies to improve your service.

Poor service ever,I'm in Sandton and was suppose to receive my parcel on the 15th only to track it and saw that my parcel was transported to Capetown.I contacted the company that I bought the shoes from and they were also surprised why a parcel that was suppose to be delivered in Sandton is doing in Capetown.

Your service is very poor

Pathetic service! Made countless calls to the call centre Yesterday the lady screamed at me on the call and said my parcel would be delivered on Monday the 20th Yet my delivery date was 15 to the 18th of December. I did not receive any notification that my order was going to be delayed. Aramex your service is pathetic.

Parcel has been at facility for 3-4 days

Leaving on holiday until next year. Parcel went out for deliver just after 8 this morning 17/12/21. It is now 17.45pm still no parcel.???

Poor and pathetic customer service. No answer at call center. Tracking of shipment incorrect. Useless!!!!!!!!!!
