Pathetic service. Do not use!

Can't complain about the service, because there isn't any. This is frustrating, the package was supposed to arrive yesterday, but so far still nothing. When should the package be expected? We paid for this poor service, honestly!

Bad service, doesn’t even deserve a star

Claimed they came to the house but no one was there. There were two of us at home at the time, and so far no indication of when my parcel will be delivered. I will complain to the company that employed Aranex is nothin happens within 24 hours

Absolutely appalling service, from robots to a company that will do anything to save 1c

Been waiting and still waiting over 2 months now for a parcel.

Aramex service is very poor im expecting my order to be delivered tomorrow but still havent gotten any communication from them of custom and tax payment i ordered on the 29 of november at Shein

Was supposed to receive my order on the 15th still waiting for my parcel I'm very disappointed

Most unreliable courier ever.

Bad bad bad ,its for the last time I use it ,my parcel was supposed to be delivered between the 9th and the 12th of December and today it's the 17th and I haven't received it ,what frustrate me the most is that when you call them they promise to deliver my parcel on the day that I called them.

Can't get hold of operators. No way to contact

I have not once received my parcel in time I always receive them a month later ,poor service rendered if I had a choice I wouldn't use Aramex bt unfortunately my suppliers use to them

I am disappointed in aramex , taking too long with orders which is suppose to be delivered the next day or the day after … and nobody answers your phone calls when you try and find out when your parcel is actually coming ..

Waiting since ordering my parcel from SHEIN till now and only got a message a day or 2 ago that my shipment is delayed
