Worst service ever. This parcel was sent on the 2nd Dec and still not delivered. Countless calls, arrangements and still no parcel. This isn't the first time either.

I enquired about this yesterday also. No delivery made still? On the site it states delivery 11 Dec. Still nothing delivered. No one answers any calls. I've been calling since Saturday, i have submitted an online request via email, NO RESPONSE. I urgently need this parcel, i am relocating to Cape Town Friday at 6am and cant miss this delivery. PARCEL HAS TO BE DELIVERED TOMORROW 16 DEC LATEST. My tracking number is 40796895635.

Aramex is the worst courier ever I don’t know why they still around.. they don’t respect their clients as well

This company is usless??I don’t know why it’s still operating?It’s takes a decay just to deliver a Simple order which is shipped on time just because of Aramex it takes decays and decays??to hell with it and I pray it doesn’t make any progress?

Very slow still waiting 4 my delivery

I am very satisfied, but the parcel was delivered at 14h00 and until now the tracking shows it is in transit and the latest update was yesterday 17h40

Turn around time is pathetic…appalling‼️‼️‼️

Call center is keeping me on hold for over 20min, when they finally get to the line when asked a the parcel they quickly put me on hold. No positive response from them what so ever. I wish my parcel was not delivered by aramex. They keeping it in OR TAMBO AIRPORT OFFICES FOR NO REASON

Not happy with Aramex at all, I'm still waiting for my package that it was suppose to be delivered on the 4th of December. Since that day it's says the shipment was held for customs clearance just because of 1 lipstick only. It's sad because I bought so many things for Christmas and I'm going home on Saturday and I don't have anyone arround to receive my order??????I have been calling them since and I spend a lot of money calling after I paid R1200 to Aramex????
