Been waiting for my package which estimated date was on the 20th November 2021, till now my package is not delivered, why?

Y'all service is very bad!!!! It's been almost 3 weeks now waiting for my parcel even when i call the centre their service is Soo bad Everything about aramex is baddd!!!!

The first time I used Aramex everything went smoothly but the second I used it ,my order kept on being delayed even after I had payed customs...my order got delayed twice. As I write this I'm still waiting for my order which I placed on the 16th Nov it's now the 17th of Dec and wow I can't...I just can't,they might as well just keep my order bcz what the actual f**k

I personally feel like aremex doesn't even deserve the one star I gave them. I'm still waiting for my package that was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of December, They really holding me back. I've tried emailing them I even called them but I still haven't received my order till this day .

My parcel landed at OR Tambo & over a week later i have not received it. Really poor service from aramex!!!

What Aramex Did To Me Is Very Unpleasant...They Never Attempted To Call Me But They Said They Did.The Day Before Yesterday I Made A Call And They Promised To Deliver My Shipment Yesterday But They Didn't. Worst Delivery Company That Doesn't Care Whether Your Shipment Is Delivered On Time Or Nah.

A parcel of 2kg was sent to me on Sunday 12/12/2021 from JNB to Port Elizabeth and today is Wednesday there is no tracking history as regards the parcel.. When i tried to track it the provided tracking number it say tracking errors... I have to their physical office in Port Elizabeth they took my cellphone number and told me they call me. Meanwhile I'm already doubting if the guy ever sent the parcel but the reviews below as proof me wrong. I'm having hypertension, high blood pressure and sleepless nights now because what is in that parcel does belong to me

Disgusting service, sending parcel from Cape Town to East London on the 30/11/2021 up until today no one ever bothered to call,me after so many attempts tracking my parcel, evetytime I call they will take my number as if they will call me back, it's the 15/12/2021 today since I have been waiting for my delivery.. I will never recommend Aramex to anybody
