Aramex reviews

Received but it was delivered late not delivered as according to the website and over and above . The parcelwas not sealed, the driver said it was overloaded with other boxes and got open but you can see by the tape that this was opened. I took the pictures incase needed .

First I never like this company for a day, reasons been that they charges are too expensive when compared with others. w when I say expensive, I mean very very expensive, secondary a poor delay service delivery. Lack of Customer relationship etc.

Still new here and hoping to receive a better result from your services.

I am very disappointed in aramex, I have been expecting my order since last week but I have not received it till today. When I call aramex they tell me different stories about my order I don't know what is happening and it's annoying what you are doing. Your service is very poor and please I want my order and I don't owe any one.

I Will never use Aramex again .parcel was collected on monday its friday .still not delivered . Thats bad .rotten service.Im so disappointed.

Excellent service, timing perfect! Was super nervous because of of the negative reviews. But I can truely say they where fantastic.

I was supposed to receive my order not later than 16 March. Today it’s 22 March still haven’t received my order, I’ve calling for the whole week trying to enquire about my order, they said it out for delivery yet haven’t received my order. This is unprofessional and annoying. Your service sucks!!!!

I would like to sayafter reading most of the comments I lost hope that my documents will be delivered on time. With my suprise, mine only took less than 24 hrs to reach uts destination and is ready for collection. Thanks Aremax and keep up the good work.

Poor communication from call centre. Take too long to deliver

I will NEVER buy from anyone using Aramex as their courier, I will straight up ask before buying what courier service do they use... Poor Communication, My parcel moved from being close to me to going as far as I don't know... Useless courier this one, they don't even care about their clients. Nonsense

Very bad service and communication. Parcel was picked up on the 18th March 2024 and no communication was made. Tracking parcel says attempted delivery, but no call received saying that Aramex is trying to deliver. So how am I supposed to know anyone is trying to deliver unless I get a call? It makes no sense that you wouldn’t even attempt to contact the person when you’re “attempting to deliver” would that mean you’ll have to reschedule all the time? Should I be waiting by the door all day so that I can finally get my delivery? I mean it was collect the 18th March 2024 and it’s the 21st March 2024. Why people make use of this delivery service is beyond me.

Absolutely useless. Had a parcel schedule for delivery 20/3/2024 between 10 and 12. Still waiting after 2 calls to their call centre. Tracking shows the parcel went from Jhb to Cape Town then to PE. You dont deserted 1 *

My husband sent my parcel on the 14 th of March from East London. They told him I eill receive the parcel on Tuesday the 19th....still no parcel! Very bad service from Aramex Will definitely not use them in the future!!!
