Service is slow. Fees are high. It takes 2 days for a package to travel half way round the world but takes almost two weeks to travel through the country??

A poor service ths Aramex am nt gonna use it again

Poor service from this company my self i will never never again recommend my parcels to be transported by them from the 15th of March it 20/03/24 not yet in my position if it was other companies this parcels could have been home already by now

I have never experienced such a horror of a parcel posted on the 1st today it's the 20th it's still on the way? This is a disaster. Aramex please do something

Pathetic service, my parcel has been in South Africa for 4 days, yet when i phone Aramex, they say my parcel is still in the USA, Their own website says my package was cleared by South Africa customs 4 days ago, and according to their website, i should have received my package today.

Very poor service. My passport was picked up by Aramex in Cape Town last week and stil not in Mossel Bay, 5 days later. Why do people use this courier? Thy are useless.

Collected 15th March, still not delivered 19th March

Poor service from aramex courier, last week Thursday I sent 4parcels and when i track them as from Friday till today it says "Tracking code not registered yet" and i had to go back to shoprite and find answers of whats going on.. Only to find out Aramex have not picked the parcels yet, since Thursday till today parcels are not picked up

My parcel arrived on the 11th of March but its still not delivered and today is the 18th of March. What is the wait for?

Totally unacceptable no communication been a week now

I order twice still I haven’t received my parcel but it’s shows that it deliverd mcm

According to the record its shows that the parcel is delivered to me yet I didn't receive it

Poor service no contact what so ever

Very poor service. No accurate tracking of the parcel. After 3 days it shows that the parcel is still at Bloem where it come s from. It hasn't moved an each after 3 long days. There's no time stamps showing when the parcel was regustered or moved from point A.

Aramex used to do better l wonder what is happening now the do not even communicate local Parcel are now taking very long it used to be 24 hours yo 48hours but now you can wait for 5 days to get local parcèl
