Was supposed to deliver on 10December but courier state that there was no one at home...but theres always someone..we still waiting on our package

Horrible. I was meant to get my parcel last week on the 9th of December. Till today I haven't recieved it and you people don't answer any calls .Very Poor customer service

Really terrible and slow, another order I placed weeks after this order was in customs, was cleared and delivered. The first one has been by aramex, JHB for weeks!! And it's not here still

Aramex is really pathetic. They have lost my parcel and when I call them they put me on hold and can't own up. What bad service really!!

I wouldn't advice anyone to use this company's services. Poor query resolving skills, poor service delivery. I'm shocked that they're still open for business

You service is absolutely useless Tracking not working Have been waiting for a delivery for more than 1 week

Sent a package 4 days ago it's now Monday the 13 at still it was not delivered so sad that I used aramex this will be the last time I use it and also the email address was not working.

It take time to deliver And customs its very expensive worse logistics ever i prefer Buffalo
