My order is supposed to arrive to day,but it's still stuck in Johannesburg.

I think you don't give us clear information, like how much do I have to pay for my parcel or is it cash on delivery

I was told my package had to be returned because no one was home to collect from courier. That's totally untrue, I was home all day on 10th December and no one came or phoned. The company said the courier had tried to phone. I received no calls

6 weeks later I'm still waiting for my parcel that was supposed to be delivered already. Can even track my parcel since it got to SA. ARAMEX SA IS INCOMPETENT

My order has been sitting in Joburg for the longest time im so irritated by the company. Wish i didnt have to use them again ??????????????????????

I'm not really impressed with your service

Terrible service, worse than Post Office. You might as well close shop. How in God's name do you leave people's parcels for a week and call yourself a logistics or courier company. You're such a disappointment. Please be kind to remind me not to use your services.

Very bad service from Aramex

They don’t deliver on time

The service is disatisfatory. The helpline never gets answered, rings for more than 10 minutes. The status of the delivery says they came to deliver but there's no one at the address whereas I was home the whole day.

Service is very slow and call center personnel is very arrogantly and unpleasant

You don't stick to your policy of overnight delivery. Parcel was sent on Sunday 5 December 2021 and today 10 December it is still not delivered. Pathetic Service
