The parcel kept on showing it’s in Johannesburg, only to find out when I called they said they never received payment but I made it on the link they sent to me. Only to find out it was a mistake on their side after I’ve waited for weeks.

My parcel arrived at the Aramex depot 3 days ago still no delivery after the parcel was delayed at the Aramex Dubai facility for more than a week. Unacceptable service.

No communication regarding the delay of your parcel. Had to call the them and was told to wait an addition 5 working days and the days has lapsed and still have not received my parcel.

I am not happy as the parcel shows that it departed Johanessburg on 03 December 2021 and still has not reached Durban destination till today the 08 December 2021
