Delivery is so long, worst experience I have ever had honestly! And they don’t take your calls or respond to your emails

No communication whatsoever i was supposed to get imy parcel by the 4th today is the 8th.. bad service

Very poor service would never use aramex again.My parcel got missing, I had to phone East London office to know that,the never bother informing me.I'm still waiting for the call from regional manager .if there was half star I will give them.

Have used quite alot of different courier Companies. Aramex is the worst ever. Paid the R100 overnight service that is 2/3 working days. The parcel has been pick up in Port Elizabeth on the 2nd of December to be delivered in Jhb. It's now Wednesday the 8th of December and still no parcel. Phoning the call centre is a long process holding on for service forever and if you lucky for your call to be answered they tell you that your parcel will be delivered today. They use a third party to deliver and have no control over what's happening!! Not recommend?

Aramex are too slow and they dnt do their things in time, I made two orders on the 27 of Nov and another one on the 2nd of Dec, the one for the 2nd of December I have already paid custom for it and am just waiting for them to arrive anytime soon, it's with Buffalo, but with Aramex things are slow

The only thing slower is the sloth from Zootopia

I am so very much annoyed....my package has been in Johannesburg since the 3rd of December and when I call their agents don't even bother to answer. This is the worst company ever with the worst service??

They lost my parcel + plus they deliver takes long than usual
