Not impressed with the communication overall. I’ve been struggling to get my parcel and constantly have been referred to another call and still got nowhere.

This courier company has bad service ever

Bad and very slow service. Handed in on 1st December today 7th December and parcel still not delivered! SHOCKING!

Bad experience ever ,in future I will not choose aramex to deliver my parcel mxm☹

Redicilous, late, delayed multiple times. No contact from anyone. Nobody answering phones. Nobody responding to emails.

Aramex is bad bad bad I wish we could be given a chance to choose the the company my parcel travels the whole of china from there when I tract it it was in Dubai from Dubai to Sandton from Sandton to airport from airport to Sandton when I tracked it no it says on its way to aramex destination facility the parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 3th

Very very bad service, my shipment arrived at Aramex last month on the 14th of November. Customs money paid on time but even today the 7th of December I haven't received my order from Shein.

Not updating status of package regularly! Very frustrating!

Parcel left customs inspection before end Nov in Jhb. Still waiting on parcel in Cpt. Numerous phone calls. They dont even update tracking website. VERY POOR SERVICE

I have been waiting for my parcel from the 28th November, when you call the call centre they hang up on you, the status of the package shows out for delivery since the 2nd and today its the 7th, this is pathetic service.

Very bad ? my parcel ? was rescheduled didn’t even bother to contact me, I’m so disappointed

I pray that this company goes out of business

Worst service possible, rather look for a different courier because they’re the definition of useless. I wish I can give below a 1 star

2 parcels are missing and no one is helping me to locate them.
