I wish we had an option to choose the corrier company. I woulddefinitely not choose Aramex. My order has been stucked in JHB for no reason.

Take a long time to receive your parcel..

Ordered FROM Zara and the driver FROM aramex called saying he can't find the address and he has other parcels. Never delivered that day and never called back. Still waiting for my order and will report at the end of today.

Their service is very poor, whenever you call they will make you hold for long periods of time.

A disappointment seriously..I have been waiting for my parcel for a week now...no call nothing but wasting my airtime trying to find out when is my parcel going to be delivered ?not happy at all...this is bad aramex!!!....treat your customers right .0 rate shame....

Worst courier service ever. Waiting now since 24th for a delivery tracking shows up to 29th November nothing further and it is now the 2 December. Calls not returned emails ignored

Aramex is expensive for nothing they called me for my email address it took them more than 2 days to send me an invoice, and I've been waiting for my parcel which was suppose to be delivered on the 30th to the 3rd. When I track my parcel it was last updated on the 29 and nothing has been done after that. Their service is poor they really need to do something about their service.

Aramex is just a disappointment..basically you need to call for anything to happen and not just one call but alot of calls...

I haven't received my order what could be the problem ,due date was 30th November and I don't get any updates

My parcel is 20km from my home. Can I just come and pick it up please because in 24 hours you could not make this trip
