My parcel stuck at jhb for. More than 10 days without reason

Still waiting for my parcel. It's been 6 day now. No phone call no nothing

The Arimex service it’s very very poor, they charge a lot of money for customer duty but they do not deliver on time I am so disappointed at them

I've been waiting for my parcel, I was supposed to receive it last week between 22nd and 26th, haven't received it. Poor service and they've never took this long before with my parcels.

Honestly this is frustrating like I get empty promises each and everyday with regards to my parcel it’s nearly December and still waiting since 20 October

I'm enormously disappointed in your service. My parcel is almost 3 weeks late now and you people are not doing a good job keeping me updated.

Since my parcel's has been posted on Friday the 19th of November 2021 until now I haven't received them from Westgate Mall to South dale

Terrible not enough information regarding ones parcel money first and you wait for weeks

Aramex used to be good but not anymore, my order arrived in south Africa on the 22nd of November today is 30 and I haven't received it, on the 4th is my daughter's birthday celebration and I need the stuff that I ordered.

Aramex disappointed me a lot from 17th November till now my client didn't recieve his parcel I've been calling everyday I'll be told that tomorrow a parcel will be delivered.

Did not receive my parcel almost 3 weeks

Useless, I've been waiting for my parcel from the 16th of November 2021,yet I was told that delivery takes 5-7 working days.
